WHAT SHOULD THE STORED PROCEDURE DO?
1. The stored procedure should take museum id and a plannedpercentage increase as arguments. It should find the average newprice of all the arts in the museum based on the assumption thatall the arts of that museum will have the new updated price. Notethat we do not want to actually update the price itself in the artstable, but simply want to find a new average price based on thecontemplated price increase.
