Aboriginal Life Expectancy
Identify three health determinants which contribute to the deficit gap in life expectancy of Aboriginal Australians in contemporary society. Discuss.

Answer preview

Life expectancy is a factor that is used to measure the general health of a populace. Life expectancy is usually measured either by the amount of years that a infant baby is projected to live or the probable years of existence that remain for an individual at a particular age, and it also projected from the death toll in a populace.  Health determinants that contribute to the deficit gap in life expectancy of Aboriginal Australians in contemporary society include poverty. Poverty is one of the factors that contribute to life expectancy of Aboriginal Australians, as these individuals do not have access to facilities that would enable them to improve their lives (Clark).
