Answer preview

The early childhood education has been shown to be critical to a child’s development. The quality of education, attention and care accorded to children during their early developmental stages has a major implication on their later educational and learning outcomes, and general performance in adulthood (Australian Early Development Census, 2019). In order for the young children to receive high quality early education and attention in the education system, the role of the early childhood educators cannot be overstated (Chong & Lu, 2019). These education professionals cannot give their best if they are undervalued, underpaid, and unappreciated, as is the case in Australia presently ((Irvine, Thorpe & McDanold, 2018).
