Include a 350- to 700-word brief explanation of how the two project outlines differ. Be sure to address how Agile addresses complexity and uncertainty.

I have presented two MS project files named agile and waterfall. The two files demonstrate Agile and Waterfall app development processes respectively. The two models are almost similar since they both involve the initiation, design, development, testing, and deployment of the mobile application. The agile model of app development includes the Initiation stage, Analysis Stage, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment stages. Basically, in the agile model, project management is broken down into several small management modules called sprints. Every sprint involves a given number of tasks being worked on by a specifically assigned team. The sprints start at the same time and take about two weeks each. The developers are in a position to contact the owner and get custom feedbacks. This way, the project is completed faster, with the custom needs of the owner met in all the sprints. With agile, the owner can request changes even in the late stages of mobile app development.
