Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an essential tool to have in the modern workplaces because of the inherent benefits it offers. One of the reasons why AI is important in in the workplace is the ability it to handle different tasks in an organization thereby maintaining the efficiency of the organization and freeing people that work in the departments of HR, IT, and marketing which gets work done. The HR department is especially the one that has seen a transformation in the hiring process because the tools used with AI in this process help to write more compelling job descriptions and schedule interviews with the necessary people. AI is also eliminating some of the repetitive administrative tasks do not provide any value for the organizations. Such tasks are like scheduling and cancelling meetings which normally take up the administrator’s time that they could use to invest in other tasks that benefits the organization.
