Over time, foreign policy analysis (FPA) has been integral in defining decision-making processes by countries. Therefore, this essay seeks to analyze comparison of three methods of analysis in two cases. The three basic methods that will be addressed include Rational Actor, Bureaucratic and Organizational Approach. The two cases that will be explored are Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 and Falkland War of 1982. The first comparison will be between Rational Actor Approach and Organizational Approach in the Cuban Missile of 1962. The Rational Approach critically defines making decisions as an individual with all the factors solely determined by the actor.
