The format which will be used in assessing the impacts of the intervention will be AB. This is because the intervention seeks to asses and provide measures based on the baseline measure and further assessment undertaken will be upon the intervention has been applied. The intervention focuses on assessing the weight from the beginning and the gradual changes in weight which will be observed as the intervention continues. The intervention will only be applied once and continuous assessment periodically conducted to check the impacts of the interventions. The main outcome which will be assessed to determine effectiveness will be the weight change as the fundamental purpose for the diet is to control body weight which is affected by the poor eating habits.
