A business analyst is an individual who examines an organization and documents its processes or systems or processes evaluating the business model or its combination with technology. Sometimes, a business analyst can be described as an individual who is part of the business activities and works closely with information technology so as to boost the quality of the services offered. In addition to this, a business analyst helps in testing and integration of new solutions with a business organization (Hass, 2011). It is also clear that a business analyst might also back up the growth of training material, takes parts in the implementation and offers post-implementation back up.
