Using the Project Charter and Business Case Template provided, use the Running Case on pages 182-183 of the textbook to complete the following task for the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project. Use the attached Project 1 Template.
First, prepare a project charter for the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project using the template provided. Assume that initial estimates have indicated the project will take six months and cost approximately $200,000. Once your charter is complete, prepare a business case document using the template provided.
