In the United States, Taco Bell leads in providing fast food, the Mexican style; the company is a major player in the fast food market being a multi-billion sector. The business itself is a great idea; generally, “fast casual” is the most preferable business strategy for long and short-term operation of Taco Bell.  This particularly so bearing in mind the potential for high profits that the business strategy attracts. However, there is need for improvement of the strategy through acquisition of a separate brand to solve issues of execution risk and customer perceptions. In the past, Taco Bell has been able to succeed through analysis of the product, competition, customers and the market.
