Stakeholder analysis

The institution in which I volunteered is a learning institution that accepts children from Africa, Middle East, and Latin America. There are many stakeholders starting with the institution’s coordinator, other tutors, and volunteers, support staff, the parents, and the children.

The institution needs a lot of support in terms of getting more tutors for the children as most cannot even speak English. The students themselves need to be taught in ways that are interactive and fun to facilitate faster learning.

With the introduction of a new method of teaching both the cooperating teacher and the students were receptive and the idea was a success. Therefore, from this exercise, stakeholders are influenced by new volunteers who come in with new and innovative ideas on how to assist the children to attain the set goals.
