Who do we learn more about after these revelations: Nora or Torvald?

We learn more about Nora. All along the character of Torvald has been consistent. Torvald in the marriage has been the one with all the power.

He looks down on his wife and treats her like a pet always belittling her. He’s has been consistently passive-aggressive accusing Nora of having to inherit her extravagant and other negative traits from her father.

So even towards the denouement, the audience expected him to react exactly as he did after reading the letter. He insulted his wife by calling her a criminal and hypocrite without giving her time to explain.
