In the organizations that hire first job employees, differences in the styles of operation and problem resolution may arise between the worker and the managers if the communication is depressed that could strain the relationship and generate undesired behavior (Hampel & Lamont, 2011). Notably, a lack of operational communication in the organization may result in conflicts, as the employee tries to adapt to the culture of the organization. Challenges may arise as the staff attempts to handle the pressure of personal changeover and repositioning when the organization does not embrace suitable communication procedures that may undesirably affect the onboarding process.
