The project that we were undertaking was based in Hong Kong which was a relatively new location for many of the students. The individuals faced many communication issues in the cultural differences and failure to understand modes of communication in the country. Luckily for the students, the teachers were ready to provide the necessary assistance to aid the team in seeking to complete the project successfully. The poor cultural knowledge of the team resulted in numerous misunderstandings being experienced and these ad some negative impacts on the project at the early stages. Once the challenges had been cleared the team was able to continue with the rest of the activities smoothly.
