You have been hired as a consultant to improve communication between engineering and marketing staff in a large high-technology company. Use the communication model and the four ways to improve that process to devise strategies to improve communication effectiveness among employees between these two work units.

When a company is formed, one of the first things that need to be done is to be able to develop the objectives and the mission (McShane, 1992). For the engineers and the marketing agents to know that they are all pursuing the same course, they need to have these two issues readily available such that they are more than ready to do anything in order to see this company achieve its objective. Once they understand all this, it will come with zero surprise that these two will simply just understand each other without much technicality as such (McShane, 1992). They will be fully aware that their aim is all the same and hence will tend to understand each other and that their chain of communication will also be made easier because indeed they are all in the same course.
