Studies have shown that corporate culture is an important strategic tool that drives a managerial success and efficacy. However, influence of culture in management and development of sporting goods industry remains under investigated. This study examined how the creation of corporate culture affects management in the industry, taking Nike as the case study. A quantitative study was undertaken by collecting data using a structured questionnaire from Nike employees deemed to have experience in managerial roles. The questionnaire collected data about Nike’s culture and the impact on management. 100 participants completed the questionnaire, against the expected 150. The data was analysed statistically, using SPSS. The results showed a positive relationship between corporate culture and management variables. The findings revealed that corporate affects management in the dimensions of quality, commitment, performance, employee management, business strategy and institutional leadership.
