Critical thinking is the ability to understand different ideas and how they relate to each other and thereafter build arguments that can be used to provide solutions for certain problems (pg 39-44). In this case, a critical thinker is someone who is able to think clearly and independently and decide the best course of action. In studies, critical thinking helps in coming up with new ideas and being able to present them clearly and even the learning process is made easier because critical thinkers have good comprehension abilities.
