The first thing that would attract me to an e-commerce site is its design. The most popular eCommerce websites are those which are easiest for customers to navigate. Websites with unconventional designs are also popular because they introduce users to new concepts. A good eCommerce site also avoids using too many words to describe its services. Most people are overwhelmed by the information that they come across on various websites, and so tend to pay more attention to sites that have pictures and other rich visual effects such as motion animation.
