Personality and job performance are closely related. Personality tends to deal with a person’s behavioral patterns, feelings, and thoughts. Each person has a unique personality that differentiates us from other people and understanding a personality gives clues about how someone reacts and feels in a variety of situations. There are five big personality traits; openness, conscientiousness extraversion agreeableness, and neuroticism.
