Answer preview

Undoubtedly, the implementation of people management can be highly discriminatory and exclusionary. First, it promotes gender stereotypes, which are more likely to affect women than men. Women are more likely required to work in roles that demand performative labour. For example, female workers especially those working in the hospitality sector might be compelled to gender stereotypes that require them to be gentle and affectionate. Therefore, more women will be asked to do more than their male counterparts.
