Answer preview

Carlos is extraverted. Growing up, Carlos asserts that he has always been one to crave the attention that comes with being in the spotlight. He is an individual who likes to dictate the tone to others, while making it clear to those that he is working in that he is the authority figure. This makes him totally different from me. I like to make everyone feel values and loved, and this explains why I am a keen listener. Carlos will also go out of his way to be present in social gatherings provided he gets the chance.
