Employee engagement was not a new term for me because I heard people discussing it in many cases however, I have never really understood the importance of employee engagement and having watched the video, I got good insights on why many people considered it important. The video changed the way I used to think about employee engagement in that I understood it is not only for the benefits of the company but also enhances the employees’ own well being. After watching the video I have learnt that employee engagement is one of those approaches that guarantee a company businesses success.
