- What method or methods are used to train employees in your workplace or one you are familiar with? Is it effective? Why or why not? Explain improvements and offer suggestions you think will benefit the training program in that workplace.

In a previous company I once worked with, I would say that the training process we were exposed to as new employees were bad, but was not a good one either. For the first two days, the human resource training representatives were keen on teaching us the company policies that also included the code of conduct.
