The article explains the high rate of economic growth which is demanding a higher amount of labor, and therefore, forcing companies to hire workers regardless of their reputation or status in order to keep up with the rapid labor market. After reading the article I got to learn that the labor market demands have risen so high that employers in some states have gone the extra mile in employing inmates who are actually still serving their jail sentence and other people who do not actually have any job experience.
