Enterprise resource planning is basically a business process management software that allows a specific organization to use a system of integrated applications in order to manage the business and at the same time automate many of the back-office functions which are related to technology and human resources; this must also be able to ensure that there is efficient delivery of services as well. Basically, the ERP software usually integrates all the facets of some specific operation; this does include some product planning, development, and manufacturing. This goes in line with the line of sales and marketing, all placed in a singular database and the user interface in place.
