A summative evaluation is conducted at the end of a program to show the impact that an intervention has had on participants. The outcome is then compared to a specific benchmark. In this regard, this assessment will compare scores of youths before and after the beginning of training camps. It would then probe the number of individuals who have maintained the C+ average grade in school (the objective).
