In handing over any form of evidence relevance is a verge obligation highly deliberated in the courts of law.  Evidence is deemed relevant when the facts are more or less plausible to be upheld and equally should be later influencing the action. The evidence must be factual, quantifiable and proficient. Unlawfully obtained proofs are such as; hearsay, unlawful search and constitutional incompetence are characterized as useless evidences.
