Endurance exercises, also known as aerobics, are a type of exercises that increase heart rate and breathing rate. They improve fitness. Examples include swimming, dancing, jogging and brisk walking. Strength exercises are another type of exercises, which are designed to enhance muscle strength. It is also called strength or resistance training. Examples of strength exercises include using a resistance band and lifting weight.
