In my previous team meetings, I have encountered a lack of trust whereby team members did not feel each other’s openness. In the sessions, individuals have always kept to themselves about what they perceive of a specific decision. Therefore, they tend to fail to trust what somebody contributes. Additionally, there have always been open, honest conflicts in the discussions. For instance, there was a time team members refused to oppose specific ideas because they felt they had more sensible opinions than others. Lastly, lack of accountability has been evident in specific scenarios particularly when team members do not question the shortcomings and behavior of other members.
