Food and beverage management is increasingly being adopted in most restaurants. Institutional Cafeteria restaurants are striving to put in place food management practices that will increase value and customer satisfaction (Cousines et al., 2014). Hospitality industry primarily thrives on provision of excellent services which compels restaurants and cafes to operate at maximum best. I have had the chance to experience such services at the Dock on Princess Restaurant. The restaurant is situated in Princes Ave, Brandon, Canada and it is among the many facilities that offer exceptional hotel services. Dock on princes offers commendable culinary services which include foreign delicious meals and drinks.
