Answer preview

Why Didn’t we Know” is a documentary by Gillian Findlay that provides an insight on the criminal acts of Basil Borutski on women. On September 2015, Basil Borutski was arrested for killing three women near a small town of Wilno, Ontario. Borutski had a criminal history that included charges that comprised of two of the three women that he had killed.  However, despite the reports that were made by the two women, there is little that the police did to ensure that the criminal was removed from the society without harming more women. Nonetheless, the women, especially Nathalie Warmerdam had to wear a GPRS tracker and bought a gun because she feared for her life.
