From an economic perspective, there would be an opening up of more industries that would make the people of the Middle East enjoy the development of the economic perspective.  The rate of investment would also improve from the fact that there would be more malls in the region to support the developmental process (Ritzer, 2015). The construction industries would be able to achieve the set objectives concerning the tenders that they would be getting in the development of the malls. The impact that the development of the malls would bring to the construction business would be that the employees of the construction companies would be able to seek more job opportunities that would also influence their economic development.
