e. Conclusion: Who wins. Sometimes when we are reading we get so caught up in the details it is easy to forget to find out who won.

During her term as an executive at Forklift Systems, Inc. Harris was constantly abused by the president of the company due to her gender and subjected to sexual intimations. The business organization president mentioned that he would end her sexual advances when Harris complained, but he went on behaving in the same way. As a result of this, Harris decided to quit her job and filed a lawsuit against the defendant for developing an insulting place of work founded on her gender.
