Conflicts in organization are natural for relationships that are sometimes managed well or poorly. In addition conflicts can be good for individuals and relationships in the organization. When leaders manage unproductive conflict poorly frequent repetitive arguments are not resolved leaving parties feeling more angry and frustrated. It is common for unproductive conflict to occur when real issues are communicated but instead trivial issues are being expressed through provocative communication styles such as sarcasm, jokes, blame and denial.
