However, a lot of improvement has to be made in order to make the drones more reliable. For example, the drones may not reach certain heights and if it does then amount of water carried might too little to fight fires. The makers of the drones are dealing with the challenges that might face firefighting drones which include the sources of the fire the amount of water that the drone can lift and the height it can reach. The drones can also save time because the fire fighters don’t require to get into danger zones to assess the measures required to put out fire. In that perspective, drones could be a new wave of the future in fire extinguishing activities.
