The scenario
I worked at ABC company as an intern in the Human Resource department where my role comprised of assisting the manager a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, selection, performance assessment and preparing performance sheet for individual employees. The knowledge and skills acquired revolved around the methods and processes involved in the operations of human resource department. While the manager demonstrated utmost experience and knowledge in all functions of HR, I had the responsibility of ensuring correct matching of job description and qualification, selecting the most qualified candidates and making database for salary.
