Regarding the equality of opportunity, most of the organizations have established policies to ensure workplace equality, cultural diversity and equality in terms of male to female ratios in the workforce (Phillips & Gully, 2013). The companies consider the disabled but productive candidates in recruitments. They are embracing social justice by eradicating discrimination based on sexual orientation, age and physical ability of the workers.
