It’s the sole reason for the existence of the intellectual property rights and policies to protect innovators ideas from being commercially used by competitors or in a manner that denied the owners of the invention the commercial advantage.  No country lacks intellectual property laws. However, the intensity of theft of intellectual property differs from one country to another.  In some places, companies are prone to the risk of theft than others.
