Shopping products are comparatively low-priced, shopped with minimum effort and time because the buyer often knows about the characteristics of such products (Lamb, Hair, and McDaniel, 2011, p. 334). Instead of searching for other information, Alberto Balsam as a convenience product can be easily accepted as a substitute, especially when the prices are maintained low.   ‘
