4. Discuss your understanding of how intercultural issues affect the way construction projects are undertaken by global construction companies. How does the process differ from that undertaken in the U.S.?
5. In conclusion, discuss how this assignment has affected your outlook toward the tenets of global citizenship.

countries. For global construction companies to succeed in China, they must have to take a realistic approach to China and abandon their preconceived ideas of how business should be conducted in home country.
