I consider myself a leader based on several things. I am equipped to reinforce contributions and achievements, particularly in giving positive, specific, and timely feedback; I value the interests, opinions, and development of everyone I associate with in performing tasks; and I listen a lot, and like integrating my ideas with people I do different tasks with. I am also highly interested in sharing any information to help other people where necessary.
