PMP project brings an insight into the global market requirements. The design of the project and the quality plan all define the needs of the market. The significance of the entire project is a strength that shows how engineering can be used to solve existing problems and define a path for the future. The importance of the project not only comes in the quality of the outcome but also offers a role for engineering in the current market. Person skills are inadequate when dealing with a project. Group work, identification of value in different diversities defining the action plan and ensuring that the defined work is actualized is a strength discovered through the project.

There are a number of weaknesses seen in the project, for instance, the issue of working with others. Every engineer is entitled to their points of view but the weakness of lacking ability to synchronize and analyze these skills so they can work for a single project becomes a great challenge.

Part two

For this part, quality control will be discussed in details and how it meets the project requirement. In project management, quality control tries to show two sides of the project. First the project deliverables and second the value of the outputs.  Project deliverables look at the inputs (Adewumi et al., 2016). In the project, the management plan looked at the deliverables by monitoring the quality of the outcomes based on the project procedures. Every part of the projects meant to ensure that consumer satisfaction is improved. Improving satisfaction means that the value of inputs is determined to be of the highest quality. From the basic calculations and planning of the project, each section needs to adhere to the needs of the project based on the understanding of what the consumers want (Nicholas & Steyn, 2017).
