Judging from these results, it is safe to say that my leadership style is that of a decisive leader. The biggest features of my leadership is based on the fact that I am objective, efficient, and a fair leader. This is the kind of leadership that allows me to take the thrill from making the toughest decisions in the workplace. Considerably, I am a people’s person and have great people skills. However, when it comes to tough organizational decisions, my conservative nature forces me to at times take time alone with my thoughts and formulate the best way possible. There are times when I call on the power of people who are with me in the management docket so we can bring our heads together to make decisions.
