I believe that I belong to the level of an average leader. I am mostly drive by the need to the find purpose in every task that I am to undertake, and I am always interested in seeing other people work cooperatively with equality on personal involvement without limiting one’s potentiality. Moreover, I do consider myself as a more relationship-oriented person because once a bondage has been formed between two or more people performing certain tasks, then various expertise are combined to make the processes more efficient in developing and implementing a solution to a problem.
