Over a period, the funds that have been utilized by some states to advertise and enroll individuals are no longer available. There is a consistent lack of self-sustainability as well as an instability of the medical market. With time, the medical premiums are expected to shoot, posing a challenge to the consumers as they will no longer purchase proper healthcare. The first year of the introduction of the program augured well with the people, but the government protection soon disappeared (Obama, 2017).
