Getting people to function effectively is one of the vital functions of leaders. An organization’s success is driven by the way people in it are engaged. Leaders have a responsibility of ensuring that the mission, vision, objectives, and goals of an organization are integrated in everyday activity within the firm. Formation and functionality of teams can be influenced by leadership approaches applied. Considering the vastly transitioning markets, leaders need to understand how different leadership styles or approaches fit in different contexts.
