There are several strategies that can be used to implement the personal change required to support organizational change. Support and facilitation is one of the strategies that I can use to implement the personal change needed to support organizational change. This process will include offering training in new skills or providing the workforce time off after one of the demanding periods. Support and facilitation will also involve listening and offering emotional support. I can also use the strategy of co-optation and manipulation in order to implement the personal change required to support organizational change.
