As organizations attempt to accomplish their ultimate goals, they normally encounter different challenges which they must overcome as a team. Notably, most of the problems encountered by organizations leave room for conflicts among members, communities, other organizations and other parties that might be involved in the organization’s mission. Conflict within organizations might frustrate members if they have a feeling that there no stringent solution insight or if they have a feeling that their ideas are not recognized or valued by the organization.
