Answer preview

When a victim is sexually assaulted, there is usually no one around to see it happen or anyone to hear anything, but with the use of a panic button, it would alert security or someone nearby that there is something going on, or in this instance, it would deter the predator from continuing with their intentions. The panic buttons would be imported in from the Asia region, more specifically, China, to Australia. They then would be distributed to universities in Melbourne, and public transport Victoria. That is the easy part, but then to distribute at Universities and PTV, to the people, they would need to be given them without any offence intended.
