The assessment was instrumental in helping me to achieve my learning goals, including being able to write analytics reports and reflecting on my experiences to make an academic point. In writing this reflection, I will apply Gibb’s model, which includes the following points; description of what happened, description of feelings, evaluation, analysis which includes making sense of the experience and events, conclusion, and action plan (Lia, 2015).

Adhering to this model, I first describe what happened. Here, the assignment was about reflecting on a group presentation, which I had undertaken. In the reflective writing, I narrated how I had found the experience, as a new student in large foreign University with learners drawn from all over the world. The assignment on Junction Hotel and the group experience was exciting.
